The Deutsche Bundesbahn (The German Train Campany) is testing a two bike rental system. There is already a pretty good one in place but currently they two new Systems the so called flex-System the so called fix-System where the bikes are parked at a fixed location. The flex-System the bikes have to be parked in a signed area in designated rental area. To use either system you need a customer card.
Practically this means that Berlin will probably soon offer more choices to rent a bike. But then berlin19 has 3 bikes our guest can rent.
